March 1 is the deadline for the Yearbook Club to place our final Quantity order. Buy your yearbook before March 1 to ensure you get one. Yearbooks will only be available on a first come, first served basis after March 1 so DON’T WAIT! Go to Jostens.com to place an order.

Charity Spelling Bee:  The Literacy Connections of the Hudson Valley is hosting its annual spelling bee at Marist on March 24th.  If you’d like to participate, grab a partner and sign up with Ms. Wheeler in Room 105. Sponsored by the Creative Writing Club.

Community Service:  

Earn community service hours and help at the CLS ice cream social! The event will take place in the evening on Thursday, February 27. The PTSO is looking for around 10 volunteers to help. More information is coming soon – check the community service calendar.  See Ms. Dannemann in room 201 or email Rachel Decker at [email protected] to sign up!

 

The Rhinebeck Chamber Music Society is seeking volunteers to help out at their spring concerts! Volunteers will serve as ushers, help with refreshments and help clean up. The first concert is on Sunday, March 15 from 1:30 – 5:30. Check the community service calendar to sign up!

 

Here’s an easy way to fulfill your community service requirement … volunteer to be a camp counselor for the Town of Clinton’s Summer Camp!  Now is the time to apply. See the community service calendar on the RHS website (look in July and August) for more information and to access the application form.
