Superbad (2007) is not only one of my favorite movies but is also one of my favorite coming of age movies. It’s a movie many high schoolers would like as it’s about three high schoolers who are trying to throw a party so that they can get booze and girls and to be part of the “popular” crowd. However, things get complicated when two officers get involved and getting booze for the party was hard to get as well. The comedy is one of the best from its era and is one of the reasons for it being loved by many. Michael Cera, Jonah Hill, and Chris Mintz-Plasse made it even more enjoyable with their acting and functioned as a great trio to make the movie memorable. If I had to recommend a funny, relatable movie to people, Superbad would be the first I’d choose.
