The Rhinebeck Hawk would like us all to take a moment to visualize something together. 

Instead of thinking of the diagram tracing the spread of COVID-19, imagine another kind of map.

Picture a map with our school at the center.  Now trace a line that stretches out to each one of us—the students, staff, and families of Rhinebeck.  

We may be spread out across roads and rivers, but we all have an invisible thread connecting our hearts to Rhinebeck High School.  

We might be stuck indoors, but we are all Hawks!  

And our current feelings of loss and disconnection can be soothed when we remember what we all share.  We might not be together in class to see our teachers and friends or to cheer our athletes, but we are still connected to the school we love.
