Monsters Inc. (2001) is a childhood favorite of mine and still is to this day. The film features a unique variety of monsters in their own world, using the screams of children as energy. The film focuses on two monsters who’ve discovered that a child has entered their world, and wish to bring the child back without getting caught. It’s a great blend of comedy, fantasy, and emotional depth, as well as being of amazing quality, with amazing voice actors, animation, and music to accompany the story. Overall, a great film for all ages and one of the best in Pixar’s filmography.
