Andy (Anne Hathaway), has just graduated from college and is looking to fulfill her dreams as a writer in the big city. She lands “the job of every girl’s dream” as the assistant to Runway’s Editor-in-Chief, Miranda Priestly (Meryl Streep). Expressing disapproval of Andy in every way shape and form, the young graduate has to jump through hoops to please Miranda. With Miranda’s cut-throat mentality, it’s hard to imagine Andy can survive her new job. This fast-paced, clever film draws viewers into the torturous life of working in the fashion industry. 

Although Andy may think her cerulean blue sweater is cute, according to Miranda, that was SO last season.  

This film is exceptional.
