The Breakfast Club (1985) Review
The Breakfast Club (1985) was a great coming of age cult classic. The story takes place in a high school detention center with five students each from different backgrounds, portrayed by stereotypes of the brain, an athlete, a basket case, a princess, and a rule breaker. I believe all teenagers should see this movie before graduating high school. Today this movie is still a relatable teen drama about expressing yourself. This movie approaches the topic of peer pressure, acceptance, and high school cliques. The plot development is intriguing as you get to know each character more.
I would rate this film a 9 out of 10.
