“Juno” (2007) Review

Juno (2007) Review

When the 16-year-old Juno MacGuff becomes pregnant, she chooses a failed rock star and his caring wife to adopt her child. Complications arise when the soon-to-be father starts seeing Juno as more than just the mother of his future child. With the marriage and adoption in jeopardy, Juno must face the consequences of her “situationship.”

Driven by the Oscar-winning screenplay by Diablo Cody, Juno is a very human story about growing up. A smart yet sensitive indie film led by an incredible cast rounds out the movie with amazing acting performances. Its progressive tone creates an amusing and powerful comedy that will surely leave you with a smile on your face.

I give it 9/10.
