I always tend to find myself in stressful situations; I can never find a way to relax. So I made a list of 10 easy ways to de-stress.

1. Spend time with family.

2. Play the guitar or other instrument.

3. Have a friend over 

4. Cook a meal and then eat it

5. Learn how to skateboard with a friend

6. Listen to music

7. Help a friend

8. Go on a car ride with a friend. 

9. Read a creepy story.

10. Visit family you haven’t seen in a long time
