Head to the New Hawk’s Nest

Need a minute to relax during a busy school day? 

Head to the Hawk’s Nest! 

This new mindfulness room located upstairs in Room 222 is a relaxing environment where students can go to take a moment away from the chaos of a school day. 

Open periods 1-8 and accessible by pass, the Hawk’s Nest is filled with things to do, such as a collaborative coloring wall, an interactive rug, a mindful writing center, a sand and painting station, yoga mats, knitting and much more.

In addition, there are mindful breathing exercises and other group activities led by teachers and professional staff.
