In addition to reading Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare in class, 8th Graders from Dee Kaake’s classes have been reading books in their free time.  

The homemade bookmarks they made include such titles as The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger, Animal Farm by George Orwell, The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky, and many more.
