Mrs. Baer’s craft classes, period 3 and 7, recently held a grueling competition to decide which class would best create a picturesque farm display. The seniors of Mrs. Giles’s art class judged these two class’s barn scenes.
With a lovely mountain background, the winning display near the auditorium is a barn scene complete with a stable, a birdbath, and a treehouse. Some felt creatures include pigs nestled in their sty, horses comfortable in their stable, and others.
The display near the 130 wing features Rocky Ranch, a farm with dimmed sunset lights with a barnyard filled with many animals and a sign saying Animals for Sale. A cute crow perches upon the top of the barn.
Congratulations to all the crafters on their handiwork.
