The Autopsy of Jane Doe is a thrilling horror film about a father/son team of coroners investigating the death of “Jane Doe”. As they attempt to explain who she is and how she died, they uncover an increasingly bizarre sequence of clues that leads them to a terrifying discovery.

The first time I watched this movie I was pulled in after the first scene. It has proudly become my favorite underrated horror film. Each time I watch it, I pick up on things I missed previously. Although predictable at times, the story line is suspenseful and purposeful if you pay attention. Every dialogue, sound, and event has weight as you watch in anticipation of what happens next.

Even though it is rated R, I highly recommend The Autopsy of Jane Doe to anyone with a strong stomach and inquisitive mind.
