BEETLEJUICE (1988) Review

Beetlejuice is a widely known 1988 film. A couple, Barbara (Geena Davis) and Adam Maitland (Alec Baldwin), are forced to haunt their old house after tragically dying in a car accident. Once a new family moves in, the Deetz (Catherine O’Hara, Jeffrey Jones) and their daughter Lydia (Winona Ryder), the Maitlands attempt to scare them away. Their failed attempts pushed Lydia into seeking the help of a spirit called Betelgeuse (Michael Keaton). Betelgeuse is a cursed ghost that can be summoned by saying his name three times. Once Lydia summons him, his help quickly turns into chaos for the Maitlands.

The witty humor from the characters and the interesting storyline make Beetlejuice an excellent movie to watch. My rating would be an 8/10
