Elemental is an animated movie by Pixar about the four elements coexisting in a fictional universe. In the movie, the characters state many times that, “Elements don’t mix!” meaning that the normalisms in elemental is that a couple can’t be of two different elements (earth, air, fire, and water). Because of the social constraints made by the fictional world, the plot is much like Romeo and Juliet. Some great shots of the movie include the two characters standing in front of a blurred out city and even though the movie is animated it looks very realistic. It’s a great watch for anybody but I would recommend it for kids around the age of 10-16. Overall, because of the plot, characters, and the environment created by Pixar, I would rate this movie a 9/10.
